Warranty

All our models of taps are warranted for 3 years (according to European legislation) from our customer billing date, except special-finish models, whose warranty is 1 year.

Our guarantee starts from the date of the issued invoice.

Warranty covers

1. Material defects: pores, cracks, deformations.
2. Finish defects: polishing faults, stripes.
3. Surface-finish defects: exfoliations, stains, missing chrome.
4. Manufacturing defects: wrong threads, defective holes, recesses.
5. Mounting defects: lack of internal elements, damaged gaskets, defective parts.

Warranty excludes

1. Incorrect installation.
2. Wear caused by chemicals or additives contained in the water.
3. Improper maintenance, internal and external; the latter derived from cleaning or contact with inappropriate or abrasive products.
4. Damage caused by scratches, drops, bumps, jaw marks or other tools.
5. Deterioration of mechanisms, seals and other moving parts caused by foreign elements carried by the water.
